To place an order, simply tap your phone on the NFC-enabled area on your table. This will open the tipwise platform on your phone, where you can browse the menu, select your items, and place your order directly from your device. You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Yes, you can make changes to your order if it has not yet been prepared. To do this, go to your order history on the tipwise platform and select the order you wish to modify. Follow the prompts to make the necessary changes. If the order is already being prepared, you may need to contact the restaurant staff directly.

When you are ready to pay, simply go to the "Checkout" section on the tipwise platform. You can review your order, add any applicable discounts or promotions, and complete your payment securely using your preferred payment method. You will receive a digital receipt once the payment is completed.

15 minutes after settling your bill, you will receive a notification prompting you to leave a tip. You can choose to tip at your convenience by selecting the tip amount and completing the transaction through the tipwise platform.
